NYFW, New Trends, New Jewelry
The anticipation for what trends will emerge from the runways of New York Fashion Week is finally over! This Spring/Summer ‘25 NYFW season brought a dazzling array of couture and accessories, setting the tone for what’s next in fashion. From statement styles to intricate aesthetics, the trends we saw on the runway are already influencing both high fashion and everyday street style. As jewelry enthusiasts, we’ve been taking notes for our sector of the fashion industry!
In this blog, we have highlighted three standout styles and paired the perfect jewelry to complement the upcoming trends.
Futuristic/Modern/Matrix Grunge
Collina Strada AFW25 "Fempire"
Baggier, “boyfriend”- fitting clothing has been all the rage the past few years. It is not uncommon to see someone wearing sizes that are 2-3x bigger than their fit. However, on the aisles of high fashion runway shows like Collina Strada, we see a more futuristic twist on the classic grunge style. Darker tones still persist but designers have added bolder, geometric shapes and contrasting colors to their interpretation of the nostalgic style. In the language of jewelry, chunky and bejeweled pieces were dominating Strada's runway. The models were mostly seen in fitted pieces and wore them fiercely, to match their energy.

Silver Souls
Carolina Herrera Fall 25 Collection
While silver may have long played second to gold, it sure has made a mark in contemporary fashion and in the most recent presentation the runway of Carolina Herrera. Beautifully styled, Carolina and her team presented delicate and shimmering silver designs, paired with minimal silver jewelry. They allowed the pieces to speak for themselves and the jewelry carry what could have been simple into glamour. Silver’s presence on the runway signals a rising trend in this jewelry style, where the sleek and reflective metal can add a clean yet bold detail.
Our Pick: Diamond Statement Earrings
Corporate Chic
Fall/Winter 2025 Michael Kors Collection
The office siren aesthetic is nothing new but it no longer has to be exclusive to tighter fitting clothing and body-skimming silks. In Michael Kors showing on the final day of Fashion Week/in West Chelsea transformed office siren into corporate chic. The designs served a more mature office siren and kept the look modest. We saw longer skirts and bigger blazers, but continued to see flattering seams and an overall vintage touch on office glamour. As far as jewelry with corporate chic, keep it muted and classy– two words often used to describe the perfect office environment.
