Your Inspiration: Share your ideas, descriptions, or even images of designs you love (or ones you definitely don't).
Timeline:Let us know if you have a special date in mind. Some designs require moretime, so understanding your deadline helps us ensure we can deliver on time.
Budget: This is key for making informed decisions and focusing on designs that alignwith your financial goals. It helps us avoid unrealistic options and maximize the valueyou get.
The Essentials: Tell us your preferred metal color, center stone material and shape (if applicable), and size (ring size, necklace/bracelet length).
Once we have this information, we will contact you if your design idea is feasible for us tocreate.
How long does the custom process take?
Once we finalize your design, we'll send you a 3D drawing for approval within 5-7 business days. For custom ring designs, you can request a resin prototype to ensure your complete satisfaction. We will mail the prototype to you within 1-3 business days after you approve the drawing. Upon your approval of either the 3D drawing or the resin prototype (if requested), we will begin crafting your unique piece. The production process generally takes 10-14 business days.
What is the cost of the custom process?
Each custom design is unique, so pricing is tailored to the specific details and materials involved. To ensure transparency, we provide a detailed estimate after creating the initial 3D drawing of your finalized design, which perfectly captures your vision. The design process begins with $60 fee for the 3D drawing. Should you wish to further visualize your ring piece, we offer a resin prototype for an additional non-refundable $40.
