Most Sarah Elise Jewelry pieces are made to order. Please allow 6-10 business days for manufacturing. We do our best to ship your item as soon as possible. Orders marked as "ready to ship" will be dispatched within the next three business days.

Initiate returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery through your account or through this link. Once your request is approved, follow the instructions to download the return shipping label. Returns and exchanges are not accepted outside the specified window.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
· Customized or personalized orders.
· Platinum orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
· All bracelets and necklaces can be ordered with extensions and these are also non-refundable.
· Eternity rings are only eligible for exchanges.
Upon receiving your package, kindly allow us up to 5 business days for processing. Following approval, you will receive an email detailing your refund, store credit, or exchange.
For exchanges, if the selected item is available, it will be shipped within the next 3 business days. However, if it is a made-to-order item, please anticipate a manufacturing time of 10 business days before it is dispatched. Once your item is shipped you will receive a notification email with your tracking number.

We offer free shipping on domestic orders.
For orders totaling over $100, we offer the convenience of FedEx 2nd Day Delivery, ensuring your package arrives swiftly within 1-2 business days.
For orders below $100 are sent via USPS First Class Delivery, typically arriving within 2-5 business days.
We also offer expedited shipping:
· FedEx Next Day - $15 ( not insured)
· Insured Express shipping - $30 (USPS Express shipping with insurance)
Expedited shipping only affects the shipping time, not the processing time.
Please note that Sarah Elise cannot be held liable for any lost package claims if your package is signed for upon delivery.
We ship our international orders with FedEx Express International. International shipping usually takes between 2 to 5 business days. However, the exact duration may vary depending on the customs clearance process.

The 3 Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes but is not limited to, issues arising from the production process, loose stones, prong defects, metal defects, and other craftsmanship-related concerns. The 3 Year Warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from the following:
· Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper care.
· Unauthorized resizing, repairs, or modifications by individuals or entities not authorized by the Company.
· Normal wear and tear.
· Loss of stones due to prongs wearing down over time.
