Manufacturing Warranty:
The 3 Year Free Manufacturing Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from the production process, loose stones, prong defects, metal defects, and other craftsmanship-related concerns.
The warranty is non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The warranty is automatically activated upon purchasing eligible jewelry products from the Company. No separate registration is required.
The warranty is not transferable unless otherwise specified. It remains valid for the original purchaser only.
The 3 Year Free Manufacturing Warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from the following:
- Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper care.
- Unauthorized resizing, repairs, or modifications by individuals or entities not authorized by the Company.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Loss of stones due to prongs wearing down over time.
In the event of a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, customers should follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service Department to initiate a warranty claim.
- Provide proof of purchase and any necessary details about the issue.
- Follow instructions provided by Customer Service for shipping the jewelry for inspection and repair.
- Upon receiving the jewelry, our experts will assess the issue and determine if the warranty covers it.
- If the defect is confirmed, repairs will be carried out promptly, and the jewelry will be returned to the customer.
Customers must retain their original proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or other documentation) to validate warranty claims.
While the warranty itself is free, customers may be responsible for shipping, handling, and associated costs when sending jewelry for repairs.
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty policy at its discretion. Any such changes will be communicated to customers through official channels.
