Before you begin the return process, please carefully review the return guidelines.


✔ Please ensure that your item is eligible for return or exchange. 
✔ Once your label is created, your package must be scanned within 7 days of receiving the label.
✔ Please send your items back in their original packaging.
✔ Upon receiving your package, the SEJ team will inspect your item to ensure it meets our return guidelines.


Please note that a return or exchange will not be possible if the item shows any signs of wear.

RETURN / EXCHANGE WINDOW


If you decide to return or exchange an item within 14 days of its delivery, we're here to help. You can choose between receiving a refund or exchanging the item for a different size or color. Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be processed after this 14-day window.

To initiate a return, simply follow the instructions here. Please ensure the courier scans the package within seven days of receiving your label. We require items to be returned using our preferred shipping service to ensure they are insured and protected during transit.

Please note that some items require approval before generating a return label. Please allow 1-3 business days for this process.

Once we receive your return and verify that the item is in brand new, unworn, and salable condition, we will process your request within 3 to 5 business days.

You will receive an email confirming your refund to the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on your choice.

If you wish to exchange your item, please allow us 3-10 business days to process your request. Items that are in stock will be shipped within the following 3 business days, while made-to-order items will require 7-10 business days to be produced. We will notify you via email.

 

SHIPPING

For domestic orders, we will issue a prepaid return label. After the label is generated, your package must be scanned by the courier within 7 days.


We don’t provide return labels for international orders. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning the items. We are not liable for covering any import/customs fees that the mail carrier may require. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
International returns must be sent within 7 days of approval.

HOW TO RETURN

Please follow these steps to return your order:

 

  • Visit our return page and enter your order number and zip code.
  • Confirm whether you would like to receive a refund or exchange for a different size or color.
  • Download your prepaid label.
  • Pack your order in its original packaging. (Sarah Elise Box and pouch)
  • Scan your return at a carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
  • Bring your package to a carrier location and collect your drop-off receipt.

 

Upon receiving your package, the Sarah Elise Jewelry team will inspect your item to ensure it meets our return guidelines.

RETURN GUIDELINE

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Custom orders
  • Personalized items, including those with initials, names, or engraving.
  • Necklaces and bracelets with adjustable lengths
  • Platinum orders

Eternity rings are only eligible for exchanges. Please note that we only accept exchanges for eternity rings of equal or greater value.


Refunds:

Refunds will be processed automatically using the chosen method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.

If 14 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Please respect our work; every item is made to order, and many items cannot be reused due to their nature. We hope for your understanding and responsibility.



Repairs

We provide complimentary size adjustments within a 14-day return period. Except for personalized items. (but please contact us at help@sarahelisejewelry.com if you have any sizing issues)

We are not responsible for any wear and tear on the item; however, we are able to do repairs for a fee. For repair inquiries, please email us at help@sarahelisejewelry.com

Please note that Sarah Elise Jewelry is solid gold - meaning the highest quality - but that does not make them indestructible. Our pieces MUST be handled with the utmost care.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.  If it is canceled after 24 hours of placing your order, a 40% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items during production.
